Chef Anthony & Dr. Cassandra Montgomery
At the heart of Louisiana Cajun Meals is a husband-and-wife team who share a deep love for food, family, and the rich culinary traditions of the Bayou.
Chef Anthony Montgomery is the creative force behind every dish — blending time-honored Louisiana techniques with his own bold, flavorful flair. Working alongside him as his sous chef, Dr. Cassandra Montgomery helps bring each recipe to life with warmth, soul, and a touch of Southern hospitality.
Both born and raised in families where faith and food were central, the Montgomerys grew up surrounded by Sunday gatherings filled with laughter and the comforting aroma of simmering gumbo, buttery shrimp, and freshly baked cornbread. Those early memories continue to inspire everything they create today.
Through Louisiana Cajun Meals, Anthony and Cassandra share their passion for authentic Cajun cuisine with home cooks everywhere — offering recipes that feed not just the body, but the soul.
